Directions for state legislators:
First choose the form letter you wish to send and copy it. Then click on the link to get your state politician's contact info. For your state senator and assemblyman, enter your home address info in and then when it shows you who your legislators are, look towards the bottom of the screen and you will see a button that states "Send an email to your Senator and Assemblyman", click on that and a screen will come up where you can then paste the form letter you wish to send and don't forget to customize it with their name.
Directions for Congressman:
For your Congressman, the link for your state legislator will take you to the same screen and at the bottom of the screen it will display who your Congressman is, click on that and it will give you an address and phone number. Copy and paste the form letter into Word and copy and paste your Congressman's information into it and print it out and mail it right out.
Directions for Senator:
Click on the sample letter you want top copy, highlight the entire letter and copy it. Then click on contact your Senator, choose Virginia and two Senators names will come up. You can click on each name and on the left side of the page that comes up will be an area where you can input your email address and that will direct you to a screen where you can paste the sample letter in. Don't forget to customize it though!
